Sazón POS provides point-of-sale software, hardware, and payment processing services for businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment processing fees are charged per transaction as disclosed during signup. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sazón POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
